Rice Motor Company is celebrating a milestone for both the company and one of its valued employees. Cameron Green is the first Toyota Apprenticeship Career Training (TACT) program participant to complete Phase 1 of TACT.
Southeast Toyota launched the TACT program in 2020 with the goal of helping technicians succeed by developing their technical skills, leadership ability, and ideal career path. With TACT, technicians are paired with a mentor and educational cost is covered by Rice. As employees advance through TACT, they earn valuable certifications and receive pay increases.
With Phase 1 complete, Cameron is set to move onto Phase 2, continuing the fast track to the highest level of Toyota technician certification.
